self-paced international exam review program
for Medical Technologists preparing for

Unlike fixed-schedule reviews, PCE empowers you to learn at your own pace, revisit concepts as needed, and track your progress through practice exams with rationales.

Certification exam recognized globally. Often required for MedTech practice in the Middle East, US-affiliated hospitals, and other international settings.
AIMS (Australian Institute of Medical and Clinical Scientists)
Professional examination for MedTech practice in Australia. Includes additional subject lectures and notes based on the AIMS blueprint.
CSMLS (Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science)
Licensure examination required for Medical Laboratory Technologists (MLTs) in Canada.

The Plasma Cell Edition is open to:

Note: Exam eligibility requirements vary per certification body, but enrollment in our review program is open to anyone preparing for international exams.
What Are the Requirements for Enrollment?
To enroll in the Plasma Cell Edition (PCE), you only need the following:
- Internet connection (unlimited replays available anytime on ThePhoenixxApp)
- A laptop, desktop, or mobile device that can access ThePhoenixxApp
- A valid email address (for your app account and updates)
- A clear photo of yourself (for your digital student ID)
- Your proof of payment (for activation of access)
Once you complete your enrollment form and payment, your access will be activated within 24 hours (except Sundays and holidays).

Step 2: Registration
Fill out the PCE enrollment form and upload your proof of payment together with a decent photo (for your digital ID).
Step 3: Confirmation
Wait for a text or email confirmation within 24 hours. Please note: If you enrolled on a Sunday, expect slight delays.

No Recording Policy
No recording in any form (audio, video, screenshot) is allowed. Programs are in place to monitor your in-app activity. Once a violation is detected, we will be compelled to file charges against you.

Honesty in Enrollment / Payment

The Plasma Cell Edition (PCE) is our international review for ASCPi, AIMS, CSMLS, and NZMLS. It’s self-paced with on-demand lectures, downloadable notes, and practice exams.
The Memory Cell Edition (MCE) is our local MTLE review aligned with the PRC TOS. It’s structured with scheduled lectures, community activities, and extra sessions.
Do you offer installment plans for MCE?
No. The Plasma Cell Edition (PCE) is a one-time payment only.
