Who Can Enroll in the Memory Cell Edition (MCE)?

 

The Memory Cell Edition (MCE) is open to:

  • Graduates preparing for the Medical Technology Licensure Exam (MTLE)

  • Undergraduates who wish to strengthen their knowledge through Comprehensive Exams, Revalida, and MTAP

Whether you are already a graduate aiming for the board exam, or an undergraduate seeking mastery and confidence in your major subjects, the MCE is designed to support your learning journey.

What Are the Requirements for Enrollment?

Enrolling in the Memory Cell Edition (MCE) is simple. You only need:
  • An internet connection. Offline download is available for lecture replays on ThePhoenixxApp.
  • A laptop, desktop, or mobile device that can access ThePhoenixxApp
  • A valid email address (for your app account and updates)
  • A clear, decent photo of yourself (for your digital student ID)
  • Your proof of payment (for activation of access)
No additional documents are required for undergraduates or graduates — just complete your enrollment form and payment, and your access will be activated within 24 hours.

Your enrollment fee is valid for up to 2 review batches
One enrollment may cover two consecutive MTLE review batches if needed.
This allows you to start reviewing earlier and extend your preparation time before the exam.
Enrollment timeline for MTLE batches:
Enroll July 1 – January 30 to be considered for the March MTLE batch.
Enroll February 1 – June 30 to be considered for the August MTLE batch.
If you take the MTLE and need another review cycle, you may join the next review batch within the validity period without paying another enrollment fee.
Illustration: If used across two batches, that’s about ₱1,600 per batch for major subjects, or about ₱850 per batch for minor subjects.

All subjects from Clinical Chemistry (CC) up to Histopath Techniques and MedTech Laws & Ethics (HTMLE) include lectures, Independent Study Time (ISTs), exams, ratio, and mastery sessions. Molecular Biology is the only exception, with lectures, notes, and enhancement exams only.

No Sunday classes. Sundays are reserved for rest. We only gather on Sunday nights for Blessed Break, a short time of fellowship, Bible reflection, and prayer.

Enrollment Timeline for MTLE Batches

Your enrollment date helps determine which MTLE review cycle your Memory Cell Edition (MCE) access will follow.

March MTLE Batch

Students who enroll between July 1 and January 30 are considered part of the March MTLE batch.

This means your review flow, announcements, and batch schedule will be aligned with the March MTLE cycle.

August MTLE Batch

Students who enroll between February 1 and June 30 are considered part of the August MTLE batch.

This means your review flow, announcements, and batch schedule will be aligned with the August MTLE cycle.

Note: This timeline helps determine your official MTLE review batch. Review validity, continuing access, and eligibility for the next batch are still subject to the program’s enrollment validity policy.

No Recording Policy

No recording in any form (audio, video, screenshot) is allowed. Programs are in place to monitor your in-app activity. Once a violation is detected, we will be compelled to file charges against you.

Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential. It will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed.

Only fully paid students will be allowed to join. Please be honest — do not invite others to join without registering and paying individually.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the MCE review fully online?

Yes. MCE runs as a fully online program with three review styles you can choose from: Scheduled, Self-Paced, or Combined. You can move between styles as needed, within your validity.

Your MCE access is valid for up to two (2) consecutive batches, or until you pass the MTLE, whichever comes first. Access ends once you’ve passed. While within validity, updated handouts are given at no extra cost.

We provide digital notes only. Students may print or annotate on their own. Notes are released per subject when official schedules are out so you always receive the most current version.

Enrollment is typically processed within 24 hours of completing registration and payment verification.

Yes. MCE allows per-subject enrollment. This flexibility helps you focus on areas you need most.

A stable internet connection, a phone or computer that can access ThePhoenixxApp, and the ability to join occasional live sessions if scheduled. Headphones and a quiet study space are recommended.
