CheckPointNotes by TheCheckPoint Online
Digital Reader Terms of Access
These terms apply specifically to purchased CheckPointNotes digital editions viewed through our web reader. They are separate from enrollment terms for MCE, ECE, and PCE review programs.
1. What your purchase includes
A verified purchase provides personal access to the specific subject and edition identified in your order confirmation, through the CheckPointNotes web reader on our website. Each edition is assigned to the authorized student’s account. Buying CheckPointNotes does not require or automatically include enrollment in TheCheckPoint Online review programs.
Any access duration, pricing, changes to an order, or other purchase-specific conditions follow the information disclosed and confirmed for that purchase, subject to applicable law. This page does not create a lifetime-access promise or modify an existing confirmed agreement.
2. Personal-use license
Access is for the registered purchaser’s own education and study. It is personal and may not be transferred, shared, rented, or resold. You may read and use the web reader’s offered study features for your own review, including permitted in-reader annotations.
3. What is not permitted
- Sharing your login details or permitting another person to use your access.
- Taking unauthorized screenshots or screen recordings of the protected notes, or photographing the screen for the purpose of making or distributing copies.
- Copying, printing, saving, extracting, downloading, reproducing, distributing, uploading, publishing, selling, or redistributing the protected pages or a substantial part of their contents without written authorization.
- Using automated means or workarounds to collect protected pages or bypass access and reader safeguards.
These restrictions do not remove any rights that applicable law expressly allows. Contact our official support channels if you need permission for a special use or an accessibility-related accommodation.
4. Personalized identification and account protection
Protected reader pages may display your registered name and a partially hidden email address as an individualized watermark. This helps deter unauthorized sharing and can assist with tracing the origin of copies. Reader security logs may record certain browser-observed actions; an alert does not establish that a screenshot or recording actually occurred.
Order verification may require documents you submit through the official form. These documents are used for order and access verification, are not displayed on your public reader pages, and are handled under the site’s Privacy Policy.
5. Verification, access, and technical support
Access is assigned after our team verifies the order or an authorized complimentary grant and matches it to the correct WordPress account. Access to an edition is not guaranteed merely by submitting an order form. CheckPointNotes is designed for online use, and an internet connection and a compatible browser are required.
If an assigned edition is missing, the web reader is not working, or an annotation fails to save, please contact our official TheCheckPoint Online support channels so the issue can be investigated.
6. Suspected unauthorized copying or sharing
We may investigate credible reports or evidence of unauthorized copying, redistribution, or account sharing. Where justified by the facts, the applicable purchase terms, and the law, we may take proportionate measures to protect the materials, including suspension or revocation of access after fair review. A browser event or automated signal by itself is not proof of wrongdoing.
7. Cancellations, changes, and applicable rights
Questions about cancellations, refunds, or disputes are handled according to the conditions communicated for the actual purchase and applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing here is intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
If these terms materially change, we may present an updated version for review and acknowledgment before continued access. Earlier purchase conditions are not silently replaced merely because this page is revised.
